- Detailed Owner Statements Sent Monthly
- Net Proceeds sent monthly
Maintenance:
- In-house Maintenance Staff
- Requests submitted electronically
- Supervision of all Maintenance Requests
- Preventative Maintenance Schedule Maintained
- Periodic Property Inspections
- Maintenance Contracts Overseen by Staff
