- Net Proceeds sent monthly
Maintenance:
- In-house Maintenance Staff
- Requests submitted electronically
- Supervision of all Maintenance Requests
- Preventative Maintenance Schedule Maintained
- Periodic Property Inspections
- Maintenance Contracts Overseen by Staff
We offer our client’s various levels of service from Full Service with Bill Payment, A la carte Services or Project Services per bid and approved by Owner.
